1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 282,00,000 for each Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from June 1, 2013 to June 13, 2014; and (c).
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment based on deemed confession: Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant served the original original of the payment order, and submitted the formal written objection on April 3, 2014, and did not thereafter submit a written response, and thus, deemed as confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.)
