However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Driving Motor Vehicles) is a person engaged in driving of BMW motor vehicles on April 8, 2018, while driving the said motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.179% at around 03:05, and driving the said motor vehicle at the front of D in the industrial complex at Osan-si, where the said motor vehicle is under the influence of alcohol level of 0.179%, he/she divided into two sides under the influence of alcohol, and he/she was under the influence of alcohol level, and without properly operating the steering wheel system in the opposite lane and was under the influence of alcohol level of the victim E (53 Do), who was under the influence of the victim E (53 Dop), was under the influence of the victim’s 5-day driver’s license in front of the above part of the 5-day driver’s license in front of the victim’s vehicle requiring treatment, and subsequently, the victim’s 5 Ham.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the victims to be injured.

2. The Defendant was driving a BMW car as above while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.179% in blood at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
