A. The facts of recognition are as follows: around 01:20 on December 15, 2014, Defendant F entered the G Freight (hereinafter “instant freight”) owned by Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant”) in the vicinity of the Steering quarter of the Nannam-Eup's Nannam-si Port; Defendant F entered the said G Freight (hereinafter “instant freight”); at the same time, the Plaintiff was a worker of the Defendant Co., Ltd., who was the head boarding of the said truck in the business trip; Plaintiff B was the Plaintiff’s wife; Plaintiff C was the Plaintiff’s wife; Plaintiff C was not the Plaintiff’s wife; Plaintiff 1 and 3 were the parties concerned; and Plaintiff 1 and 3 were not the parties concerned, and Plaintiff 1 and 3 were the parties concerned, respectively.

B. According to the above facts of recognition of liability, Defendant F neglected his duty of care to avoid the accident by emphasizing the front seat and maintaining the safety distance with the preceding vehicle as a driver of the instant cargo vehicle. Such errors were caused by the instant accident and damage.

Therefore, Defendant F is a driver of the instant cargo vehicle, and the Defendant F is jointly liable for damages incurred by the Plaintiffs due to the instant accident as the operator of the instant cargo vehicle.

2. Scope of liability for damages

A. The facts of recognition and gender of Plaintiff A’s future treatment costs: The male age of 55 years old and 6 months old at the time of the accident due to I’s age: Until October 17, 2035, the life expectancy amounting to approximately 70% of the ordinary male as of September 10, 2018, which is the physical assessment date, due to a condition of serious disability that is capable of simple communication due to an external disorder and that is less than a heat walk under the breath of the body.
