The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in holding that the Defendants were guilty (except the acquittal portion) of the facts charged in this case, of violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Finance Users, and of fraud. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on “the causal relationship”

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
