용역비
1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 26,340,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from February 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: The amendment of the “Regulation on the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” was made, and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the amended provisions from October 1, 2015 with respect to the statutory interest rate on the case for which the pleadings of the first instance are not concluded until October 1, 2015, was applied, and thus, the portion exceeding the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum out of the Plaintiff’s claims for damages for delay
