The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of all the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there was no error by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on “ emotional abuse” and both punishment provisions stipulated in the Child Welfare Act.

Other grounds of appeal shall not fall under legitimate grounds of appeal prescribed in Article 383 of the Criminal Procedure Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
