1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 18,980,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
1. Judgment on the parties' arguments
A. Determination 1 as to the cause of the claim 1) In light of the fact of recognition as to the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including paper numbers), the witness Eul's testimony and the whole purport of pleading, the following facts may be acknowledged, and there is no other counter-proof. (A) The plaintiff agreed with the defendant as to the unit price of each of the following items with the defendant, and provided the defendant with each of the above items from July 23, 2012 to November 12, 2012. The sum of the price for each of the above items is KRW 98,980,000.

B. The Defendant’s defense argues that the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff met the entire price for each of the above products by settling accounts of the price for each of the above products at KRW 25,000, KRW 15,000, KRW 3,000, and KRW 25,000, respectively, while paying KRW 80,000 to the Plaintiff.
