1. The defendant would pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff at the same time as the delivery of the building C and D in Seosan City.

Reasons

1. A claim for refund of deposit upon the termination of a lease agreement entered into between the indication of the claim and the Defendant during the period from May 15, 2015 to May 19, 2017, which was concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, for the deposit of KRW 50,000,000 as to subparagraph D, and the period from May 20, 2015 to May 19, 2017.
