However, considering the circumstances revealed by the court below in the suspended sentence and the act of arranging sexual traffic as a result of the commercialization of women's sex and the fact that it is a crime that is highly detrimental to the sound sexual culture and good morals, and other factors of sentencing as shown in the records, the sentencing of the court below is not recognized to be unfair.
