When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. No person who violates the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act shall fell standing timber, etc. in a forest without permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or the head of a local forest office, or with permission obtained by fraudulent or other illegal means;

Nevertheless, on March 2015, the Defendant cut down 89 glue trees and 30 glue trees in the forests in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and D without permission from the competent authorities.

No person who violates the management of a mountainous district shall temporarily use a mountainous district for the purposes of creating forest roads, work roads, forest products transportation roads, forest paths, such as mountain trails, forest trails, or other similar mountain paths, without reporting to the head of the relevant forest, etc.;

Nevertheless, on March 2015, the Defendant did not report to the competent authority at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) and temporarily used mountainous districts of 306 square meters for the purpose of work without reporting it to the competent authority.
