The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
On August 9, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim by drinking at once, while talking with the victim C, at the Guridong Shodong, which is located in Guri-si, Sindong on August 23, 2013.
However, this case is a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Code and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Code. Since the victim withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
