However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Power of crime] On April 2, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic law at the Busan District Court's Branch Branch's Branch's Branch's jurisdiction on April 10, 2020, and the judgment became final and conclusive.

[Criminal facts]

In May 2019, the Defendant of a forged air defense event: (a) around the street in front of Kimhae-si, as described in paragraph (1) above, posted a forged number plate on the front of the Switzerland vehicle; (b) operated the flex vehicle with the registration number plate forged in the front of the Switzerland vehicle from around that time to August 23, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged air defense.

3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge a registration number plate or use a forged registration number plate;

Nevertheless, the Defendant forged the registration number plate as described in the above paragraph 1 and used the forged registration number plate as described in paragraph 2.
