The Defendants’ joint crime committed an act of making only a monetary transaction or making actual monetary transaction by pretending the transaction of goods, etc. through a multi-level similar organization. However, the Defendants conspired to attract investors from May 2016 to July 2016 at the Busan Jin-gu office, Busan, and the Busan, Busan, and the 300,000 won in their own name, 260,000 won, 650,000 won in their own name, and 13,000,000 won in their previous 40 to 50% of the base amount for the payment of allowances, and if the investors gather, the said points may increase the value of three times in the first three times, and thereafter increase in the value of two times in the second two times, thereby raising the principal amount of investments in a short period.

2. The Defendant A’s sole crime is a computer system with no value from an unspecified number of investors of the said company.
