A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On August 11, 2013, at around 23:15, the Defendant driven a Crenren car without a car driver’s license from around approximately 500 meters away from the front day of the Seogsan University located in the Seogu Seog-gu, Daegu-gu to the front day of the Pakistan, Co., Ltd. located in the same Dong.
