A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 23, 2017, and on April 15, 2018, a person who completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul East Eastern District Court on November 9, 2017, and Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on November 9, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the Seoul East East Eastern District Court on June 29, 2018, and the Defendants came to know while living together in the East Eastern District Court.

1. Defendant A’s sole criminal act committed with intent to acquire money from an unspecified number of victims who came to know through the Internet Carbook bulletin board by iceizing the sale of goods.

Accordingly, on May 27, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim I who became aware of the goods through GH car page to the effect that “if he/she transfers the price of the goods, he/she will sell the content.” The Defendant received 850,000 won from the said victim via the J account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

In addition, the Defendant received, from that time until September 26, 2018, a total of KRW 16,437,000 in total over 41 times as shown in the annexed Table (1) in the same manner as in the previous sheet of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant deceiving 41 victims as above, thereby deceiving 16,437,00 won in total.

2. The Defendants committed the joint crime against an unspecified number of victims known through the Internet Carbook bulletin board to receive money from the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant, and conspired to use money for the purpose of living expenses, etc.

Accordingly, Defendant B inform Defendant A of the account number of the K Bank Account (L) in its name, and Defendant A at the mutual incompeting televison around August 16, 2018, where Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-gu.
