1. On February 20, 2016, a sales contract concluded on February 20, 201 between the Defendant and Nonparty B as to the real estate stated in the attached list was 98,912.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in the changed cause of claims; and
2. Judgment on deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the Plaintiff seeking revocation of a sales contract within the scope of claims for indemnity against B, but constitutes a fraudulent act only within the scope of KRW 98,912,441, which constitutes a property held responsible for general creditors.
As such, the scope of revocation shall be limited to the scope of KRW 98,912,441.
