In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the facts, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, due to the violation of the rules of evidence and the trial failure, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the criminal intent of the fraud, the intent of unlawful acquisition, the occurrence of property damage, the act of deception and the act of disposal and the burden of proof, etc.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
