[Criminal record] On July 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, such as computer, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and was released on June 30, 2017 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period expired on September 27, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant used computers, etc.: (a) connected the victim D’s residence in Gwangju Northern-gu Cuk-gu 304; (b) purchased 3,560,394 won in total on 35 occasions in total in the same manner as in the attached Table 1 sheet; (c) linked the victim’s mobile phone to the “original Stop” case using the victim’s mobile phone ownership; and (d) purchased 50,00 won mobile gift certificates by inserting the payment information of Grand Culture gift; and (e) purchasing 50,000 won in total from that time to January 4, 2018, by means of the same method as in the attached Table 1 list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits by inputting information without authority in the information processing device.

2. On December 10, 2017, the Defendant reported a letter posted by the Defendant at the Defendant’s residence in Gwangju Northern-gu, 209, stating that the victim G wanted to purchase “I” on the Internet website of “Ig B” and called that “I would purchase money on behalf of the game machine if you send money.”

However, due to the restriction on settlement, the Defendant was unable to purchase the game machine instead, and the money received from the victim was thought to be used for the cost of living, so there was no intention or ability to purchase the game machine for the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 32,00 from the Gwangju Bank account (H) in the name of the Defendant for the same day from the victim, and received KRW 32,00 from the victim to March 20, 2018 in total 12 times in the same manner as attached crime sight table 2.
