The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 8, 2018, the Defendant committed an assault on the victim by putting his/her head into a scambling with the victim C(22 years of age) on the front side of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu 2018, while making a dispute with the victim C(22 years of age).
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On October 12, 2020, after the institution of public prosecution, the victim's "written agreement and application for no punishment" was submitted.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
