The defendant is a public official in contractual service who works in the Water Resources Headquarters.

On February 27, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant stolen one copy of Samsung Card, which was a victim D (ma, 30 years of age) who had drinking alcohol as the Defendant in the “C” ranran bar located in Jeju City B, using a cresh without a spirit of drinking.

On February 27, 2015, at around 01:39, the Defendant issued an order for two weeks within the “C” entertainment bar located in the Jeju city B, and is drinking, as if there was a legitimate right to use the stolen credit card, the Defendant presented it to the victim E and had the victim pay KRW 120,000 with the said credit card, thereby inducing the Defendant to obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount by deceiving the victim, and using the stolen credit card. 2) On February 27, 2015, the Defendant issued an order for two weeks within the “F entertainment tavern” located in the “F entertainment tavern located in the Jeju city B,” on February 27, 2015, the Defendant presented it to the victim G and had the victim pay KRW 150,000 with the said credit card price.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the same amount of property benefits, and used stolen credit cards.

3) On February 27, 2015, around 04:24, the Defendant ordered one week within the “H” entertainment drinking house located in Jeju-si B, and drinking, as seen above, presented a stolen credit card to the victim I as if he had been duly entitled to use the same, and had the victim pay the amount of KRW 150,000 with the said credit card, thereby allowing the Defendant to induce the victim, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount, and using the stolen credit card. 4) On February 27, 2015, the Defendant ordered the two weeks within the “H entertainment drinking house located in Jeju-si B,” which is located in the “H entertainment drinking house.”
