The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On January 31, 2019, the Defendant: around 15:25, 2019, at the Yancheon-ro, Gwangju District Court 21 Gwangju District Court Yacheon-ro, the Defendant heard the victim B’s phrase “the Defendant is a bad impule,” and assaulted the victim by pushing the victim’s neck with the left hand.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
