1. The defendant is either the amount indicated in the "total sum" column of the total sum of cited amounts in attached Form 3 to the plaintiffs and each of the above amounts.
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a corporation established under Article 49 of the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Gyeonggi-do Urban Corporation for the acquisition and supply of land for the development of housing sites, the construction and supply of housing and general buildings, and the plaintiffs are the defendant's employees.
B. The definitions of terms used in the provisions of Article 3 (Definition of Terms) of the Rules on Remuneration of the Defendant, the Rules on the Implementation of Remuneration, the Welfare Rules, and the Rules on the Implementation of Annual Salary System are as follows:
1. The term “compensation” means the aggregated amount of salary and various other allowances;
2. The term "salary" means a basic wage paid by position based on the degree of difficulty and responsibility of duties, or a basic wage paid by position depending on the degree of difficulty and responsibility of duties, or a basic wage paid by class, by the degree of difficulty and responsibility of duties, period of service, etc.;
3. “Allowance” means all kinds of allowances set forth in Chapter IV of this Regulation.
5. The term “daily calculation of remunerations” means the calculation by dividing the monthly remuneration by the number of days in the corresponding month; and
6. The term “ordinary wages” means the total amount of salaries, business allowances, technical allowances, classes, subsidy, meal expenses, transport expenses and long-term continuous service allowances;
Article 4 (Date of Payment of Remuneration) (1) Remuneration shall be paid on the 20th of each month.
Provided, That if the payment date falls on a Saturday or a public holiday, it shall be paid on the preceding day.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), in cases of temporary retirement for which no dismissal or remuneration is paid, the remuneration may be paid on the date of dismissal or temporary retirement.
(3) Allowances for overtime work, holiday work and night work, and annual leave allowances shall be calculated and paid within the fifth day of the following month.
Article 5 (Calculation of Remuneration) (1) The calculation of remuneration shall be from the first day of each month to the last day of the relevant month.
(2) The remuneration of new employment workers shall be calculated on a daily basis.
(3) Promotion.
