However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 20, 2016, the Defendant organized and operated a system of 15,340,000 won for the 20th day of each month, including victims D, and 15,000 won for the 16-month period, such as E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, and N, and 1,340,000 won for the 16-month period (in case of a person who has received a fraternity payment, 1,540,000 won for the following month without paying the monthly fraternity payment) at the cafeteria cafeteria located on the second floor of the Y-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building C.
