1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 27, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Service by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Act
3. The part dismissing part of the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay by 5% per annum from January 20, 2012 to the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order, but there is no evidence to acknowledge the due date or the interest agreement. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim for this part is dismissed.
