Accordingly, Defendant B had a kind of friendship around May 2013.

Defendant E, X of U, proposed to issue a false test result of a drainage pumps 2,200 meters wide and 2,200 meters wide to Defendant E without undergoing an actual test, and Defendant E accepted this.

According to the above public offering, Defendant E does not undergo an actual test at the U Research Institute office located in Pyeongtaek-si V on May 28, 2013, and 2,200 meters, as required by R, from its subordinate employees.
