On December 13, 2015, at around 13:05, the Defendant was required to present an identification card for casino entry by security personnel D.

Accordingly, the defendant presented to D the resident registration certificate of E issued by the head of Gangnam-gu Office from friendly E as one of his/her identification marks.

Accordingly, the defendant used his resident registration certificate which is an official document unlawfully.
