Reasons

1. This Court Decision 96Gahap21493 decided Oct. 5, 1997, which ordered payment of the amount indicated in the text of the claim, becomes final and conclusive on Oct. 5, 1997. For the interruption of extinctive prescription, this Court Decision 2007Ga692 decided Feb. 15, 2008, which was instituted on Aug. 27, 2007, was final and conclusive on Feb. 15, 2008. In other words, the ten-year extinctive prescription period expires on Jan. 23, 2018, name of the claim in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
