A. The Plaintiff is the representative director of the company F of the main company located in Daegu-gu E, and is a person operating a business entity that sells and installs solar-related materials in the trade name G.

The defendant B is the representative director of the defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the defendant Co., Ltd.") who operates a business in which solar energy facilities are installed in the name of the H building in Busan Fri-gu and I from the 5th floor.

Defendant D is the father of Defendant B, who operates the I business with Defendant B.

B. The Plaintiff received an order from the Defendants to supply the price for solar-related goods immediately on the face of the week. The Plaintiff supplied Defendant B with solar-related goods equivalent to the aggregate of KRW 523,533,800 from March 30, 2018 to July 13, 2018 (hereinafter “the first price for the goods in this case”). The Plaintiff ordered Defendant B to supply additional solar-related goods from Defendant D to pay the price for the goods unpaid to Defendant B on November 26, 2018, and issued an order to supply the goods equivalent to the aggregate of KRW 69,487,440 from October 23, 2018 to November 26, 2018 (hereinafter “the second price for the goods in this case”) to the aggregate of KRW 539,201,240 (hereinafter “the second price for the goods in this case”).

C. The signature of Defendant B and D is written in the debtor column, and the content thereof is as follows: The representative of the debtor B: F Co., Ltd.: A’s representative: The debtor I prepares a written statement of payment with respect to the outstanding payment under the following subparagraphs to the creditor F Co., Ltd. and confirms that the debtor F will perform it in good faith. The total amount of the debt amount: KRW 523,533,800 on September 5, 2018: KRW 300,000,000 on September 23, 2018; KRW 523,53,800 on September 20, 2018.
