On December 27, 2016, at around 23:40 on December 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was arguing the Defendant’s friendship from the corridor of the building B in Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) was faced with a disturbance by a police officer D belonging to the 112 police station in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, which received a report, and was dispatched by the 112 police officer D; and (c) was assaulted against the said D by saying, “I am on the leg, I am on the front left side of the said D.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.
