On August 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a BS-type car from around 100 meters away from the Gmar apartment parking lot in Echeon-si, 0.156% alcohol concentration among blood transfusions, to the front parking lot of 100 meters away from the Gmar apartment parking lot in Empo-si, Empo-si.
