1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 4,933,880 won and September 5, 2018.
Reasons
1. On January 20, 2018, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendants in KRW 20 million per month, and KRW 1.1 million per month, but the Defendant failed to pay rent and public charges since April 2018.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract on the grounds of the delinquency in rent for more than two years, and sought the delivery of the said real estate, the unpaid rent and public charges, and the return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
