1. Basic facts
A. On April 6, 2009, the Defendant and the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant as the insured and the beneficiary as the beneficiary.
B. For the period from June 25, 2009 to July 14, 2009, the Defendant was hospitalized in “B hospital” as “satising conical signboards diseases, etc.” at “B hospital” and was hospitalized in two times during a total of 328 days from June 25, 2009 to September 17, 2014 as indicated in Table 1 as follows.
Accordingly, the defendant was paid insurance money of KRW 29,236,187 from the plaintiff.
