A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 30, 2018, around 18:13, the Defendant driven a BMW car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the citizen funeral hall in the Sincheon-si, Seocheon-si to the front road of the parking lot in the City of Samcheon-si, Samcheon-si.
