A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the e-mail address was posted along with the content that he/she searched a site that can purchase marijuana via the Internet at the “D” game site operated by the Defendant on the third floor of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul building; (b) sent the e-mail address to purchase marijuana 1g to the said e-mail address; and (c) remitted KRW 70,000 to the account under the name of the said e-mail address manager (hereinafter “e-mail manager”) designated on the same day.
Around that time, the e-mail manager included approximately 1g of marijuana in the bom, concealed it in the CD case, sealed it by international mail, and sent the recipient as “F”, indicating the place of receipt as “Seoul Gangnam-gu C and D” in English.
International postal items concealed about 1g of marijuana arrive at the Incheon central provision port located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, as aircraft flights, and the defendant received it at the "D" game site around that time.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 1g of hemp from e-mail managers.
2. On March 22, 2013, the Defendant sent e-mail to the same e-mail address at the same game room on March 22, 2013, and then remitted KRW 320,000 to the same account on the 25th day of the same month.
Accordingly, the e-mail manager added approximately 4.98 g of marijuana in Germany to a vinyl box, concealed it in the DVD case, sealed it by international registered mail, and sent the recipient as “A”, and entered the place of receipt into Seoul Gangnam-gu C and D as “Seoul, Gangnam-gu” in English.

4.2. At around 10:23, at around 10:23, the Netherlands aviation KL865, the Defendant arrived at the Incheon national port, and the same month;
9. Around 13:05 received it in the same game room.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspireds with the e-mail manager.
