The plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal are all dismissed.
Expenses for an appeal and an incidental appeal shall be individually costs.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal are all dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
