A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to imprisonment for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 18, 2015 at Daejeon Prison on December 18, 2015.

No person inhales hallucinogenic substances that cause interest, hallucination, or anesthesia. However, the defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances more than four times in total, as described below, in a state where the ability or decision-making ability to discern things is weak due to a combination of the habits and alcohol intake of divers.

1. On January 8, 2016, from around 12:00 to 12:40 of the same day, the Defendant inhaled the industrial keyboard containing Toluene in the middle-gu Daejeon by means of inserting the industrial keyboard, which is a hallucinogenic substance, into the entrance of a spinyl chloride, and exposing them over about 40 minutes at the entrance of the spinyl chloride.

2. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant inhaled “F” restaurant located in Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, in the manner described in paragraph (1) on the front of the restaurant, “F” which is located in Dong-gu, Daejeon.

3. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant inhaled, in the manner described in paragraph (1), a house located in the Dong-gu Daejeon Daejeon-gu G, Daejeon-gu, in the manner described in paragraph (1).

4. On January 20, 2016, the Defendant inhaled, in the manner described in paragraph (1), a house located in the Dong-gu Daejeon District, Daejeon, in the manner described in paragraph (2).

On November 13, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 18, 2015 at Daejeon Prison on December 18, 2015.

No person shall inhale hallucinogenic substances which cause interest, hallucination, or anesthesia, but the defendant shall inhale them.
