On May 18, 2018, from around 18:30 to around 19:18, the Defendant issued an order to enter the “C” restaurant located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-si, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-si, with the food of approximately 10 minutes of music using mobile phones, and pointed out the same by the victim D (47 years of age) who is the above restaurant business operator, as it concerns other customers’ inconvenience, and thereby, interfered with the victim’s business for about 48 minutes by force, such as: (a) the victim D (47 years of age) who takes a bath to the victim; and (b) the victim’s desire to kill and threaten the reported damage.
