Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with lurburged B, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
On March 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is impossible to drive it normally due to the influence of alcohol level 0.110% of the blood alcohol level from around 21:20 on March 12, 2017, and continued to drive the said car on the surface of a Jin apartment located near the Kim Jong-si Educational Support Agency for Kim Jong-si.
