1. The following facts may be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: (a) there is no dispute between the parties; (b) evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3-1, 2, 3, and 1 of evidence No. 1, 2, and the purport of the entire pleadings:
On June 12, 1999, the Plaintiff entered into a C contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the following content:
Name of goods: The insurance period of the Plaintiff: From June 12, 1999 to June 11, 2019: 10,000,000 won (main contract)
B. The main contents of the terms of the instant insurance contract are as follows.
Article 14 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) A company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (see attached Table 1, e.g., attached hereto) in any of the following cases:

When the insured is in a state of disability of Grades I through VI in the attached Table on the classification of disabilities due to a traffic disaster (hereinafter referred to as the "traffic disaster") prescribed in attached Table 4 (Classification of Traffic Disasters) which occurs during the insurance period: The payment of a disability pension for ordinary traffic accidents; 11. When the insured becomes in a state of disability of Grades III through VI in the classification of disabilities in the attached Table on the classification of disabilities due to a traffic accident that occurs during the ordinary day: The payment of the benefits for ordinary traffic accidents under paragraph (1) 10, 12, 14, and 16 may be made in advance at the estimated interest rate of this insurance upon request of the beneficiary.
(Attachment 1) The payment standard table of insurance money (10) (Article 14(1)10 of the Standard Terms and Conditions): When the insured becomes disabled of Grades I through II in the disability classification table due to a traffic accident that occurred during the insurance period: Payment of insurance money for 10% (120 installments) per 30% of the amount of insurance coverage of the contract at the date when the cause for payment of insurance money for each month occurs (Article 14(1)11 of the Standard Terms and Conditions): the insured is subject to the payment of the ordinary traffic accident benefit (Article 14(1)11 of the Standard Terms and Conditions): The insured period.
