A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant, while operating a stock company E, an importer of livestock machinery in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, entered into a contract with F to import and deliver mountain cases produced by a “G company” company in Italy, and schooling tickets and exhaust ventilation systems, etc.
On November 5, 2010, the Defendant visited an “G company” company, along with F, to purchase an amount equivalent to 425,000 square meters from the “G company,” and then revoked an import contract with respect to the part of the ghing and exhaust ventilation system of approximately 100,000,000 of the said imported machinery, without the consent of F, with the Defendant, who was not a “G company” that decided to purchase, around November 8, 2010.
On September 8, 2011, the Defendant: (a) knew that the goods that F decided to import from the “G company” company are not equivalent to 425,000, but rather equivalent to 324,721.22; (b) refused to pay the goods; and (c) refused to pay the goods; and (d) subsequently filed a lawsuit against F in order to file a claim for the payment of the goods against F; (b) around November 8, 2010, the Defendant attempted to forge the invoice in the name of the “G company” as if the Defendant ordered the “G company” company to use the 100,278.7-khing ticket and the exhaust ventilation system.
around that time, the Defendant used the invoice on the spawnings, etc. equivalent to 324,721.22 in the name of the “G company” company, which was delivered by the “G company” company, in an influent place, and used the invoice for the above invoice goods column.
