1. As to KRW 50,976,326 and KRW 23,179,72 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from September 12, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment by service of public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

The provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (Enforcement Decree) were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015. According to the aforementioned provisions, with respect to the statutory interest rate of a case for which the first instance trial has not been concluded until September 30, 2015, the rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015 and the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 shall apply.
(Provided, That where the rate of agreement exceeds the rate of interest of the special case, the agreed rate shall apply)
