피고인은 중화 인민 공화국 국적의 조선족으로, 2017. 12. 12. 경 입국한 후 모바일 메신저 서비스인 ‘ 위 챗 ’에서 알게 된 성명을 알 수 없는 사람( 일명 ‘C’), 위 ‘C’ 을 통해 소개 받은 말레이시아 국적의 D과 함께, 위 ‘C’ 은 위조된 신용카드를 관리하면서 매장과 구입 물품을 지정하여 피고인과 D에게 알려 주고, 피고인과 D은 ‘C ’으로부터 지급 받은 위조 신용카드를 사용하여 물품을 구입한 후 물품을 ‘C ’에게 넘기고 구입 대금에 따른 수고비를 받기로 순차 공모하였다.

On December 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided the above “C” to the subway station where the name of the station in Seoul is unknown; (b) received 7 copies of the forged credit card with the Defendant’s name identified; and (c) transferred the F department store in Gangnam-gu Seoul to the F department store; and (d) purchased the forged credit card at the store of the F department store of the above department store of the same day at around 18:47, the Defendant purchased 1 points of visibility worth 4,400,000, the market price of which was 4,400,000, and submitted the forged credit card to the store employee as if the credit card was duly issued; and (d) obtained the approval for settlement, and then received the foregoing visibility from the above sales staff.

In addition, the Defendant conspired with the above "C" and D, from that time to December 18:17, 2017, the Defendant used forged credit cards in the same manner / [1] (D's purchase list) Nos. 1, 3 through 5, and crime sight table / [2], as shown in the list of purchase / [1] the Defendant was provided with goods or accommodation services worth a total of 5,911,000 won for nine times, and around 13:51 on the same day / [1] (D' purchase list) Nos. 1/2 of the attached list of crimes / [1] (D's purchase list) with forged credit cards to receive one point of view to the market value of 9.755 million won, but there is no doubt that the sales credit card is forged, and there is no inventory of goods.
