(4) On September 2, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim for unjust enrichment was made by means of a reduction of the amount of money calculated by applying the rate of KRW 100,000 per month from September 2, 2015 to the delivery date of the instant building since the Plaintiff is a 1/2 equity right holder of the said real estate, and the portion of the claim for unjust enrichment was made by means of a public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
