A is the representative director of the defendant C corporation located in No. 102, 4305, 102, and the defendant B is the actual representative of the defendant D corporation located in No. 612, Seo-gu, Busan.

Defendant

C Co., Ltd. is a company exporting the vessel supplies of Russia vessel, and Defendant D is a company exporting freezing plant equipment to Russia.

1. 2. Defendant A’s crime;

A.
