1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants deliver the buildings listed in the annexed Form 1;

(b) Defendant A shall pay KRW 14,601,620.

Reasons

. In cases of cancellation, the calculation of rents, taxes and public charges, various expenses, etc. shall be 15 days if the number of days elapsed on the basis of one month does not exceed 15 days, and it shall be calculated by one month if the number of days elapsed exceeds 15 days.

(4) If the rents, taxes and public charges, various expenses, etc. for more than three (3) months during the term of the contract are overdue, the contract shall be automatically terminated, and even if it is inevitable to continue the business, it shall not be subject to any civil or criminal liability even if it is inevitable to continue the business.

Section 13(a)B shall pay taxes and public charges, various expenses (management expenses), electricity, water supply, reserve, salaries, general management expenses, etc. due to business activities, and in the event of long-term default, it may be deducted from deposit money.
