A. The status of the parties (1) CN reconstruction association (hereinafter “CN reconstruction association”) is a housing association that implements a reconstruction project in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CO and two lots of land outside the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

(2) Defendant AL, AM, N, AO, BL, BM, BN, and BO (hereinafter “non-members Defendants”) are general buyers who purchased new apartment units from CN reconstruction association.

Defendant CH, CI and CP are successors of CB, who were members of CN reconstruction association, and Defendant AV, AW, AX, AY, and AZ are successors of CR, who were members of CN reconstruction association.

(2) The Defendants, who were successors of Q and CR, were not partners of the CN reconstruction association, and the Defendants, other than the Defendants of non-members and successors, succeeded to the status of members of the CNR association or the Defendants of non-members.

1. (3) C Q died on January 25, 201, which was before the instant lawsuit was filed, and CR died on April 6, 2011, which was before the instant lawsuit was filed. (4) The Plaintiffs are deemed to have completed the reconstruction improvement project, a construction company for sight construction (hereinafter “sigh construction”).

(2) On July 17, 2004, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport selected a specialized management business entity as a specialized management business entity, and entered into a rebuilding project agreement with the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu. (3) The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (hereinafter “the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu”) assumed project costs other than the members’ contributions under the said rebuilding project agreement, thereby carrying out the reconstruction project and receiving the remaining project benefits in the future.
