(2) On May 24, 2017, the Defendant issued a payment order against the Plaintiff as of May 24, 2017 by requesting a payment order under Paragraph (1) of the Disposition, but it is difficult to deem that the Plaintiff failed to do so in bad faith at the time of applying for immunity, and thus, the Defendant also discharged obligations under the above payment order and became void upon exemption from immunity).
