A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government multi-story Housing (hereinafter “instant building”). Defendant B owned the E large E, 110.1 square meters, F, and 113.4 square meters adjacent to the said building and trusted to G Co., Ltd., and Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) is a company that contracted the construction of the 6th floor multi-story complex building (hereinafter “instant new building”) on the said trust land from Defendant B for construction.

B. On February 27, 2018, while the Defendant Company entered into a construction contract with Defendant B on February 27, 2018, and removed the existing building owned by Defendant B on the said trust land, the roof of the instant building was destroyed by flaging it into a blick, and a flick on the wall was destroyed by flick, and a flicker owned by the Plaintiff
