The Land Survey Division of Chuncheon-gun B, 1915, in accordance with the former Land Survey Ordinance, is registered as the owner of the E-W 73 square meters (hereinafter “E”) and the F 7,026 square meters (hereinafter “F land”).

E Official cadastral records concerning land and F were destroyed by a 625 war, etc., and each entry in the restored official cadastral records and the register is as follows:

On July 19, 1961, registration of preservation of ownership was made in G name on land, and on February 18, 1963, E was divided into H large 132 square meters and 109 square meters, respectively.

(hereinafter “H land” and “I land” were divided into three thousand square meters before J, and on February 18, 1963, three thousand square meters before J was divided into two thousand nine thousand square meters before J, seven-six square meters before K, and two hundred and forty-eight square meters before L (hereinafter “J land, K’s land, L’s land”), J, K, K, K, and L, each of which was registered to preserve ownership in the name of Chuncheon-gun on February 25, 1964.

Pursuant to Article 8 of the former River Act (amended by Act No. 892 of Dec. 30, 1961; hereinafter “the River Act of 1961”) on December 11, 1962, each of the above land was incorporated into an area publicly notified as a predetermined river land of “the repair and use of hydroelectric power generation and the installation of structures” as a result of the public notification of the construction division pursuant to Article 8 of the former River Act.

Gangwon-do announced on May 28, 1963 that P was determined and announced as a river by applying mutatis mutandis the Gangwon-do Public Notice, and the zone up to the mix point of land due to the construction of Qdam including each of the above land was included in the above P river section.

Since the completion of Qdam around 1965, the land category of each of the above land was changed from the existing site to the “maintenance” on July 31, 1969.

After December 19, 1983, H 132m2 and J 2,982m2 were merged into R on December 19, 1983.

The part corresponding to H land and J land among the R land shall be referred to as “R land portion.”
