On March 12, 2015, at around 16:57, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled lane of about 700 meters from the 12-lane road in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu to the front road in the new road located in 327 of the old Military Prisoners of War.
